If your order isn’t as described on our site or heavily damaged, you can request a full refund. Just contact us and describe the problem. we will then look at your case and try to solve the problem.

Can i use PayPal without having a PayPal account?

Yes. It is absolutely possible to pay with PayPal without having an account, although we strongly recommend having one for the security and simplicity of PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can use your Credit/Debit card data to make your payment.

What payment methogs do you offer?

We are currently taking payments through PayPal and Credit cards.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we can not provide this service to this day. But our software department is working hard on changing that in the future, stay tuned!

Can I requuest a refund?

Yes. If your order didn’t arrive in the promised delivery time or the product is damaged or not as described in the description you can request a full refund. Also, if there are any other problems you can always contact us. We will then look at your case and see if we can give you a refund. Whatever the case might be, we will try to truly satisfy your needs.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

Normally, your order should arrive within the first 3 to 4 weeks. If your order hasn’t arrived after 45 days you can contact us and describe the situation. We will then try to investigate what went wrong and try to solve the issue as fast as possible. Note: We are constantly working on decreasing the shipping times as much as possible, so you don’t have to wait for ages.
